Angela Gillespie

1st April 1940 25th March 2012

The following was written by Angela Robinson - we thank her for allowing us to reprint her words here.

Angela Gillespie should really have been called Angela Generosity!

She was generous with her expertise on whelping and mating matters, any time day or night, BC or other breed, if you had a problem she would try to help. She even gave me a bitch *to change your luck* after I had been plagued with a series of small litters of mainly dog pups, and it worked!

She was generous with her patience when dealing with newcomers to both the Obedience and Breed rings, whether they were puppies or novice handlers.

She was generous with her time, when a friend had a fire at her kennels, she was there for moral support and to help deal with insurance matters etc.

Above all, she was always willing to see the best in people, and found it hard to realise not everyone was as genuine as she was. She is greatly missed by many, not least me!
